Preschool and Pre-K

We offer full day Pre-K from 8:30AM to 2:30PM curriculum time, with  attending all day 6:30AM to 5:30PM before and aftercare. The program includes hot lunch and two snacks and milk five days a week.  Our program follows the school year calendar starting in the month of September and ending in June. Our Pre-K curriculum includes Spanish and Music class held once a week, taught by experienced music and foreign language teachers.

The Pre-K teacher is certified and kept up to date on state requirements and attends extra teacher workshops through-out the year.

A continuation and review of letters and numbers will be taught for our advanced children and new students. The children will learn beginning to read skills, concepts of letter sounds, word recognition, math, hands on activities, phonics, writing, listening skills and computer time. The program includes games, art projects, story time, show and tell, physical education, Spanish, Music and much more. 

Parents receive a progress report twice a year and an evaluation form at the end of the year. Our students are very well-adjusted and well-rounded academically when they enter Kindergarten. The Pre- K teacher has a goal to help every child achieve success in learning while in a happy classroom environment. 

The goal of Educare is to help each child see education as an enjoyable part of their lives as they prepare to advance to the next step.
